Setting a standard

At GOPA Com. everything we do, from consultancy on strategy to specific service provision, we do in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This standard essentially provides a framework for processes and management procedures that ensure that our clients receive the quality they expect. These processes cover best practices in areas such as legal compliance, continual improvement, information security, health and safety, and the environment. With regard to the environment, GOPA Com has also been ISO 14001:2015 certified for environmental management and has a policy and guidelines in place to reduce our environmental footprint and minimise the impact of our operations.
